TRAVEL
Where should I travel to?
If you attend the Conference, your destination is Bucharest, Romania. If you attend directly the Festival, you can fly to Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Budapest, Bacau, Sibiu, Timisoara, Oradea. Check all the airports. Some of them have low-coast from all Europe. Also be aware, that from there you need to get to Izv. Muresului.
How do I get from the airport to Izv. Muresului?
It depends from where you are traveling. Your Festival ticket includes a bus transfer.
BUS DEPARTURE 13 JUN from BUCHAREST to IZV.
BUS RETURN 18 JUN from IZV to BUCHAREST.
If you want to go directly, you can travel by train (www.mersultrenurilorcfr.ro), by bus (www.autogari.ro) or take a ride (www.blablacar.ro). Taxi might be also a option if your wallet allows you.
FOOD & ACCOMMODATION
AT THE CONFERENCE
What about the food and accommodation during the Conference?
A simple food buffet will be provided during the Conference.
Accommodation is the responsibility of the participants. Please book your stay in advance.
AT THE FESTIVAL
What kind of food will be served?
During the festival a vegetarian menu will be served. If you have any intolerance to any ingredient, please let us know in advance. A small food shop and restaurant are also available near-by.
I want to be alone in my room. It is possible?
Yes. You will have to cover the difference of an occupied bed.
Is Internet available at venue?
Yes. Although it works at its own pace.
BOOKINGS
If I need to cancel, do I get my money back?
If you need to cancel till 2 weeks before the event, full amount minus 20% administration fee will be reimbursed. After that, no reimbursement will be made.
I need a receipt to put into my accounts or my organization’s accounts. Will you issue one?
The organization of the Festival is working under the Romanian law, and all the payments will be subject to bill issuing. Make sure you get yours when you do the payment.
